A shared reset

Move first. Breathe deeper. Come back to yourself.

This Gettysburg session begins with an accessible yoga flow led by Sharon Broadway, followed by a guided breathwork experience with JJ Ruescas. You do not need yoga or breathwork experience. You will be guided through each step and invited to work within your own capacity.

A group seated in a circle after a guided practice

JJ's breathwork sessions have been a turning point in my introspection. They helped me build a stronger connection with my body, my mind, and what I had been ignoring. An experience that combines science and depth is hard to find.
